Sydney started her insurance career working part time and earning her double major in Accounting and Business Management from Grand Valley State University. After graduation, Sydney joined the Edge Insurance Group Account Management team to put the real life skills she learned, along with the degree’s she earned to help support Edge Insurance Group clients. Syd helps her clients work through the implementation process of new plans, the day-to-day services support with claims, coverage, or billing questions, the annual renewal process, and supporting communication of the benefits during the annual open enrollment period.
Outside of her role at Edge Insurance Group, Sydney is passionate about staying active while playing on the Edge Insurance Group volleyball team and routinely beating her mom (Shelly) at a game of pickleball. Syd also enjoys spending time at her family cottage.
